BEDI Berhad (formerly known as WMG Holdings Bhd.) is an investment holding company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 31st July 2017. WMG Holdings Bhd. is principally involved in property development and wholesaling and retailing of hardward, building materials and related goods. WMG Holdings Bhd. is one of the largest housing developers in its home base in Sandakan, where its name is popular among the locals. In 1995, Wah Mie Group began its operation in Kota Kinabalu, developing Taman Indah Permai, which has now turned into a vibrant housing estate.
