The Group has successfully completed the development of several properties such as The Summit Subang USJ, The Summit Bukit Mertajam, Aman Larkin, Scott Garden, Scott Tower, The Arc @ Cyberjaya and etc. It also operates hotels. The company develops residential and commercial properties, such as shopping complexes, hotels, and office buildings, as well as agricultural lots; collects rentals from investment properties; and operates car parking facilities in commercial properties. In addition, it is involved in cultivation of oil palm; provision of landscaping and project management; and adventure facilities and consultancy services. Further, Meridian Berhad provides building construction services. The company is based in Subang Jaya, Malaysia.
