Ta Ann Holdings Berhad, together with its subsidiaries, is engaged in the manufacture and sale of sawn timber and other timber products that include veneer, plywood, coated plywood, laminated veneer lumber and pachinko plywood, sawn timber, and laminated molding products. It also engages in the development of tree plantations; the production and commercial supply of seeds and seedlings; the development of planted forest; cultivation of oil palms and the operation of palm oil mill; and the manufacture and sale of wood veneer. In addition, the company is engaged in the extraction and sale of timber logs; operation of a biomass power plant; property development and investment; tree planting (reforestation); and operates as a logging and plantation contractor, and a timber concession licensee. It exports its products to India, Japan, Australia, the Philippines, China, Hong Kong, Thailand, the United States, Europe, South Korea, Singapore, the Middle East, and Taiwan. Ta Ann Holdings Berhad was incorporated in 1997 and is headquartered in Sibu, Malaysia.
